Job Description
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients, pitch products or services, and pursue sales targets.
Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, address customer questions, and assist with post-purchase support or account management.
Lead Management: Gather and verify client contact details, assess their requirements, and nurture the sales pipeline.
Data Maintenance: Accurately update customer profiles, feedback, and interaction logs in database or CRM platforms.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product features, pricing, and promotional offers to communicate them
