Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced)
Locations: Bangalore (BLR), Bhubaneswar (BBSR), Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, including key decision-makers within organizations, to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Finance Heads, etc.)
- Present company services effectively and build interest among potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the business development team
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless conversion of leads
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational background in Commerce or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or client handling roles is an advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals/decision-makers
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Language Requirements
- Bangalore (BLR): Kannada, Hindi, English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Bhubaneswar (BBSR): Odia, Hindi, English (Bengali is an added advantage)
- Delhi: Hindi, English
