Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling & Seller Acquisition Executive for IngrediaMart. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential sellers, explaining platform benefits, and completing seller registrations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to potential business sellers
- Explain IngrediaMart platform benefits and seller opportunities
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
- Convince and onboard new sellers on the platform
- Achieve daily target of 2–3 successful seller registrations
- Handle seller queries professionally through calls and WhatsApp
- Collect required business documents for verification
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the support and onboarding team for smooth registration process
- Daily Targets150–200 calls/classified follow-ups daily
- 2–3 successful seller registrations per day
- Regular lead follow-up and database management
- Skills RequiredGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Hindi, English, and regional language communication preferred
- Preferred CandidateExperience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Ability to work under daily targets and reporting structure
