Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for our luxury interior projects. You will turn digital inquiries into dream home consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospects interested in premium home interiors.
- Consultative Selling: Explain our end-to-end services, including Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and tailored to the client's budget.
- Site Visit Coordination: Successfully schedule site visits for our interior designers and sales team.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain daily logs of client interactions, follow-up dates, and lead statuses in our system.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
- Experience: 6months–3 years in Telesales (Real Estate, Interior Design, Banking, or Insurance experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Skills: Strong convincing ability.
- Availability: Must be comfortable working from our office in IRC Village, Nayapalli.
