Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer interactions, receive café orders, coordinate with the operations team, and collect customer feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and take customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with menu details, pricing, offers, and delivery information.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for order fulfillment.
• Confirm order details and delivery addresses.
• Follow up with customers to collect feedback on food quality and service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain records of customer orders and interactions.
• Promote café offers and loyalty programs when applicable.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
