Job Description

Marriage Duniya is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Relationship Advisor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with matrimonial leads
  • Explain Marriage Duniya membership plans and services
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Share profiles and matchmaking opportunities
  • Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Convert interested leads into paid members
  • Maintain customer records in CRM


Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, or English
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
  • Telecalling or sales experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
