✓Make outbound calls daily to homeowners, farmers, and businesses about solar savings.✓Explain PM Surya Ghar subsidies and solar ROI in simple Odia/Hindi — no tech jargon needed.✓Schedule site visits for the sales team and track leads in CRM/Excel.✓Hit weekly targets and earn performance incentives on top of fixed salary.Who you are
