Telesales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
• Convert leads into customers by achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested customers until closure.
• Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required.
• Submit daily work reports and sales updates.
• Daily KPIs100–150 outbound calls.
• 30–40 meaningful customer conversations.
• 10–15 qualified leads.
• 3–5 successful customer closures (depending on product).
• Update CRM and submit EOD report before 7:30 PM.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Working HoursReporting Time: 10:00 AM
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
