Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain products and services clearly to customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Generate appointments or sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
