Job Description
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Tender Identification & Analysis
- Search and track new tenders from portals like:
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPP Portal
- State portals (e.g., OCAC, Odisha Tenders)
- Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI)
- Evaluate eligibility, technical & financial criteria
📑 Documentation & Proposal Preparation
- Prepare technical & commercial bids
- Draft:
- Cover letters
- Compliance sheets
- Technical documentation
- BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal)
⚙️ Bid Submission & Compliance
- Upload bids on portals (GeM, eProcurement)
- Ensure all documents are:
- Properly signed & stamped
- As per tender format
- Track deadlines and submission timelines
🤝 Coordination & Follow-ups
- Liaise with government departments and officials
- Attend pre-bid meetings
- Handle queries, clarifications, and corrigendum updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in tendering (Govt/IT preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- GeM Portal
- eProcurement systems
- RFP/RFQ documentation
- Good understanding of compliance & legal terms
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PPT skills
