Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Operate company vehicles to transport staff and clients safely and efficiently to their destinations. [1]
- Route Planning: Use navigation tools like GPS to determine the most efficient routes and avoid traffic delays. [1]
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes. Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel times. [1]
- Errands: Run company-related errands, such as picking up or delivering documents and office supplies. [1]
- Professionalism: Provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure confidentiality when handling executives or sensitive discussions. [1]
Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with local road networks and navigation apps.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.
