Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Fieldwork: Conduct 10 Doctor calls and 7 Retail Pharmacy calls daily.
  • Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with healthcare professionals.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and expand regional market share.
  • Product Expertise: Provide product training and information while collecting market feedback.
  • Operations: Responsible for secondary sales and monitoring stock levels.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or any discipline (B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or in Pharma sales.
  • Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.
