Job SummaryEleven Eleven Security Services is seeking a responsible and proactive Field Officer to supervise security operations across multiple sites. The Field Officer will be responsible for monitoring security personnel, ensuring discipline, maintaining service quality, and acting as the key link between clients and the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor security guards deployed at different client locations
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure guards are performing their duties properly
• Ensure guards follow company uniform, discipline, and duty protocols
• Handle client complaints or concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, and site reports
• Assist in deployment and replacement of guards when required
• Provide on-site training and guidance to security personnel
• Ensure all security registers, incident reports, and logbooks are properly maintained
• Respond quickly to emergencies or incidents at client sites
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and operational issues
• Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 2–5 years experience in security services, facility management, or similar field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and security personnel
• Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field visits)
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and incident handling
• Ability to work flexible hours if required
