Deputy General Manager

Lead and manage the Balance of Plant (BOP) operations for thermal projects in Mirzapur.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize BOP processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BOP activities with overall project requirements.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of BOP activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of BOP equipment and services.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
