Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information about our products and services, following up with leads, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain the company's products and services to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and generated leads.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or company database.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
