Job Role & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
✔ Achieve monthly retail targets:
- 1st Month: 1 retail sale required
- After 3 Months: 3 retail sales per month
- After 6 Months: Maintain 4+ retail sales per month
- ✔ Generate inquiries from Walk-ins, References, Hyperlocal, Events, D2D, etc.
- ✔ Book and close sales within 7 days from inquiry generation.
Allied Business & Cross-Selling
✔ Sell MGA, Extended Warranty, Insurance, Finance (MSSF), Exchange, CCP & more.
Customer Satisfaction & Training
✔ Maintain CDI & NPS Scores for customer satisfaction.
✔ Follow Auric Motors & Maruti Suzuki customer journey guidelines.
✔ Participate in Maruti Suzuki Certification Programs for career growth.
Career Growth Path
Sales Executive → Relationship Manager → Senior RM → Showroom Manager → General Manager → CEO (Dealership Level)
Salary Structure & Incentives
Fixed Salary:
✔ ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Performance Bonus (For Rural RMs)
✔ ₹2,000 on 1st retail
✔ ₹4,000 on 3rd retail
(Applicable for base salary of ₹10,000 for initial support)
Incentives & Finance Payouts
✔ Retail-Based Incentives – Per-unit sales incentive
✔ Quarterly Incentives – Rewards for top performers
✔ Festive & Special Schemes – Extra earnings for high achievers
