Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting our solar rooftop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and generate new sales leads in the assigned area.
- Explain solar rooftop products and services to customers.
- Conduct site visits and collect required information.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain daily reporting and update sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to travel in the field.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Experience in field sales will be an advantage.
- Own bike and smartphone preferred.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
