Job Description – Home Loan Associate
Company: Protium Finance
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers seeking home loans and financial products.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals.
• Maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
