Job Description
The ARDM is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents or advisors to drive business growth. The role focuses on expanding the agency network, improving team productivity, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Identify and recruit potential agents/advisors through various channels
Conduct interviews and selection processes
Build a strong pipeline of candidates
2. Training & Development
Provide onboarding and initial training to new recruits
Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance
Mentor and coach agents to improve performance
3. Team Management
Monitor agent performance and productivity
Set individual and team targets
Provide ongoing support and motivation
4. Business Development
Drive sales through the agency channel
Help agents generate leads and close deals
Develop strategies to increase market penetration
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
Address concerns and resolve issues
Ensure high levels of engagement and retention
6. Reporting & Compliance
Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, marketing, or related field)
Experience in sales, recruitment, or agency/channel management

Productivity per agent
Work Environment:
Field-based role with travel
Mix of office and on-ground recruitment/training activities
