Job SummaryA Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate educational activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Teach foundational concepts such as literacy, numeracy, colors, shapes, and basic science through play-based learning.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare learning materials, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Establish classroom routines and promote positive behavior through effective classroom management.
