Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B and channel sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain long-term relationships
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of sales, lead handling, and client management
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
