Job Title: Safety Engineer
Location: Korba Chhattisgarh
Experience: Post Diploma Minimum 5 years
Industry: Power Plants or Railways
Job Description:
We are looking for a Safety Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Power Plants or Railways industry to ensure implementation and compliance of safety standards at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client requirements.
- Conduct safety trainings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
- Safety certification such as ADIS from Government institution
- Good knowledge of safety standards, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
