Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the mechanical and electrical workshop.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor timely task completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain job records, service reports, and material inventory.
- Liaise with clients for job updates and ensure quality workmanship.
- Train and guide junior staff on tools, techniques, and safety.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Plan resource utilization and manage workload distribution.
- Report daily work progress and issues to management.
