Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be the face of exRNA-Agro in the field, responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and distributors. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate how our products — Biostimulants, Seeds, and Soil — can transform small plots into high-productivity zones through technical demonstrations and strategic marketing.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Agriculture (Horticulture or Soil Science backgrounds are a plus).

MBA in Agri-Business Management (ABM) is highly preferred.

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in agricultural sales, field marketing, or crop consultancy.

Freshers with an exceptional academic background and a strong passion for field sales may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of crop cycles, soil health, and the role of biostimulants in plant growth.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak the local language fluently to connect with farmers.

Presentation Skills: Ability to explain complex agricultural science in simple, persuasive terms.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within rural territories (two-wheeler and valid license required).

Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting apps.
