Job Title: Dialysis Technician
Qualifications: Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or equivalent.
Job Summary:
The Dialysis Technician is responsible for preparing and operating dialysis machines, assisting patients during treatment, monitoring vital signs, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring safe, high-quality dialysis care under the supervision of the nephrologist and nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
- Record vital signs and treatment details.
- Identify and report any patient complications.
- Maintain dialysis equipment and follow infection control protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation and patient safety.
