Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified INSTRUCTOR CUM TRAINER for our Heavy Vehicle Driving & Training School to provide professional driving training to commercial vehicle drivers. The candidate will be responsible for training drivers on safe driving practices, Traffic regulations, vehicle handling, and compliance with transportation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for commercial vehicle drivers.
- Train drivers on road safety, defensive driving techniques, and traffic rules.
- Assess driving skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure trainees comply with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Maintain training records and performance reports.
- Educate drivers on vehicle maintenance check and emergency procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress throughout the training period.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driving License for a minimum period of 5 Years.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving standards.
- Excellent communication and Training Skills.
- Ability to conduct both classroom and on-road training sessions.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused approach.
