Job Description
A Loan Sales Executive sources new loan clients, guides them through the application process, and ensures monthly sales targets for products like home or personal loans are met. They are responsible for promoting loan products, evaluating client eligibility, collecting documentation, and maintaining relationships to generate referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect and secure new loan clients through open market sourcing, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Customer Guidance: Advise clients on loan options (home, personal, mortgage), explaining interest rates, terms, and repayment options.
- Documentation & Processing: Collect and verify all required documentation from customers, ensuring accuracy before submitting files to the underwriting department.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (e.g., in HDFC Sales or Aditya Birla Capital).
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and secure referrals.
