Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the retail sector and freshers can also eligible for the position. preferably in gold and jewellery retail sales. The candidate must have good sales understanding, communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.
• Attend and assist customers professionally and provide excellent service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain product display and store presentation standards.
• Support billing, stock handling, and store operations as required.
• Provide product information and assist customers in purchase decisions.
• Support inventory management and stock handling activities.
• Handle billing and basic retail operations as required.
• Follow company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass / Intermediate Pass)
• Experience: 1–2 years in retail sales / Freshers candidate are also eligible
• Jewellery / Gold & Diamond retail experience will be preferred
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
