Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Site) with 2–3 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring quality work execution, and coordinating with teams to complete projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at both sites
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
• Manage material usage and minimize wastage
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Maintain proper site documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Assist in quantity estimation and material planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in building construction (mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and time management abilities

Salary:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel Jigani (Bangalore) site
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
