Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain data within our software applications and databases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the company's software applications.
• Verify data before entry to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Review existing records and correct data discrepancies.
• Digitize information from physical documents into electronic systems.
• Upload and maintain project-related data in designated applications.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and migration activities whenever required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations may apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
