1-2 year of experience in Winding, Motor assembly, Stator-Casing subassembly. Knowledge of operating Hydraulic press, hot air oven, Internal Resistance Testing and High Voltage Testing. Knows about Motor Auto tuning and motor balancing. 

1-2 year of experience in Soldering, Battery Assembly, BMS Wiring & Basic Battery Knowledge. 

 1-2 year of experience in Vehicle Assembly, Education 10+ I.T.I Required Must, Tool Handling & Material Handling, Defect understanding, Knowledge Of 5S, Knowledge Of Assembly Line. machine operator, Safety principal education,
