Responsible for telesales and customer relationship activities for precast concrete products. Handled lead generation, client communication, product promotion, and coordination with sales and production teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction in the precast segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoted precast concrete products through telecalling and customer outreach activities.
- Generated new business leads and followed up with prospective clients.
- Explained product features, pricing, and project benefits to customers.
- Coordinated with contractors, builders, architects, and project clients regarding precast solutions.
- Maintained strong customer relationships through regular communication and support.
- Prepared quotations, proposals, and sales follow-up reports.
- Coordinated with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery updates to clients.
- Maintained customer databases and updated sales records regularly.
- Assisted the sales team in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Resolved customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Supported promotional and marketing activities to increase awareness of precast products.
