Role Overview
The Cluster Manager is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining business hygiene across all branches within the assigned cluster. The role requires a high-performing professional capable of leading teams, achieving aggressive AUM targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Reporting StructureDirect Reporting: Regional Manager
- Indirect (Dotted) Reporting: Zonal Manager
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role
- Current Grade: Must be in the grade of Manager and above.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Service & Experience Requirements:For ABM: Minimum 5 years of service as a Branch Head.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs
The performance of the Cluster Manager is evaluated based on the following metrics:
- Gold Loan Portfolio:AUM Growth: Achievement of the Cluster AUM Growth target.
- New Business: Achieving targets assigned to branches and onboarding high-value accounts (HNIs).12
- Incremental Interest Collection: Achievement of interest collection targets.
- Other Financial Products (OFP): Meeting targets for Other Financial Products (OFP) (Insurance, Gold Coins, Gold SIP etc.)
- Operational Excellence & Hygiene:NPA Management: Maintaining the percentage of Gold Loan AUM within set limits.
- Business Hygiene: Conducting regular branch visits to ensure 100% compliance per month.
- Performance ManagementAppraisal Cycle: Annual, with a quarterly review process specifically focused on Business Performance
