Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting product/service demos, and following up with potential customers to drive conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and local market outreach.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain the benefits of Taxxa.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to present offerings and address customer queries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, messages, emails, and in-person visits.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and work towards converting them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and conversion targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.
