Job Title:BDO - Marketing

Summary:The BDO will be responsible for promoting the cattle feed brand at the grassroots level, increasing product awareness, building strong relationships with retailers and farmers, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

. Brand Promotion & Awareness

· Conduct village-level meetings, farmer awareness programs, and product demonstrations

· Organize chaupal meetings, cattle health camps, and field activities

· Distribute promotional materials (pamphlets, banners, samples)

2. Retailer & Dealer Engagement

· Regular visits to retailers and dealers to strengthen relationships

· Ensure proper product display and visibility at shops

· Educate retailers about product benefits and schemes

3. Farmer Connect

· Build direct relationships with farmers

· Explain benefits of balanced cattle feed

· Handle farmer queries and complaints effectively

4. Sales Support

· Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

· Generate new leads and identify potential markets

· Track competitor activities and market trends

5. Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain daily visit reports (DVR)

· Submit activity reports and feedback to senior management

· Provide market intelligence and suggestions for improvement

Key Skills Required:· Good communication skills (Hindi/local language must)

· Basic knowledge of cattle farming or animal nutrition (preferred)

· Strong convincing and relationship-building skills

· Ability to work in field conditions

Qualification:· Graduate (Agriculture / Veterinary / Marketing preferred)

· MBA (Sales/Agribusiness) is an added advantage

Experience:· 1–3 years in sales/marketing (preferably cattle feed / FMCG / rural marketing)

· Fresher with strong field interest can also apply

Other Requirements:· Two-wheeler (Bike) & valid driving license

· Willingness to travel in rural areas

Salary & Benefits:· ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
