Store Manager

Magson Retail and Distribution Ltd. is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in Supermarket/FMCG Retail Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales, leading the store team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience while meeting the company's operational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets. • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team. • Prepare staff duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance. • Ensure optimum stock availability through effective inventory management and regular stock audits. • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO). • Monitor shrinkage, pilferage, and stock variances and take corrective action. • Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns. • Conduct daily store briefings and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards. • Prepare and submit daily operational, sales, inventory, and attendance reports. Candidate Requirements • Graduate in any discipline. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a Supermarket, Hypermarket, or FMCG Retail chain. • Strong knowledge of FMCG products, supermarket operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis is mandatory. • Proven experience in leading store teams and achieving sales targets. • Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Excel. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
