Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Production

• Learn and perform manufacturing and production processes under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
• Operate production equipment, tools, fixtures, and machinery by following established operating procedures.
• Support assembly, production, and packaging activities while maintaining productivity targets.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily manufacturing operations.
• Quality AssurancePerform visual inspections using magnifiers, microscopes, and inspection tools.
• Identify and report defects or abnormalities in products and materials.
• Maintain quality standards by following inspection procedures and company guidelines.
• Handle components carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
• Documentation & SafetyMaintain daily production records and operational reports accurately.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality standards.
• Report machine issues, process deviations, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices at all times.
• Wear and properly use all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Learning & DevelopmentParticipate actively in technical and on-the-job training sessions.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational excellence.
• Continuously improve technical and professional skills through structured learning programs.
