Assistant Manager-BIW Quality
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Must be from automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing Quality
- Holding Degree in Mechanical
- Hands on experience of BIW Manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Spot welding, C02 Welding, VIN Machine , Robotic Hemming , Adhesives, Welding Fixtures
- Knowledge/Know-how of Body shop Indicators like Gap & Flushness (1D), Dimensional integrity (3D CMM) , Stack up Tolerance (GD&T)
- Knowledge of Proactive systems like Poka-Yoke, Traceability , Zero defect stages / Operator, Human Error Prevention .
- Handling of Next customer issues (Paint , TCF & PQA)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
