Assistant Manager- Security MVML
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Oversee overall security operations across plant, gates, warehouses, and critical areas
- Monitor access control for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Ensure proper frisking, vehicle checks, and gate discipline
- Identify potential security risks and implement preventive measures
- Investigate security breaches, thefts, or incidents and submit reports
- Coordinate emergency response (fire, safety, evacuation drills)
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm mechanisms
- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and escalate issues
- Maintain surveillance records and audit compliance
