Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Executive / Delivery Driver
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Executive to deliver packages, food, or goods to customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have good navigation skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant
- Deliver items to customers within the assigned time
- Verify delivery details such as address and contact number
- Handle cash on delivery (if applicable)
- Maintain delivery records and collect proof of delivery
- Ensure the safety of goods during transit
- Follow traffic rules and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid driving license (bike/car depending on job)
- Own vehicle (preferred in some roles)
- Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Time management and punctuality
- Customer service skills
- Basic smartphone handling (for delivery apps)
