Deputy Manager - E Block
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations in the body shop to ensure timely and cost-effective production
- Leading teams to maintain high standards of product quality and safety compliance in line with industry regulations and company policies
- Driving the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and sustainability practices within the body shop environment
- Reporting on key performance indicators and contributing to strategic planning for capacity enhancement and process optimisation
- Finalization of facility tool gauges, implementation and execution for production to start production by discussion and peers review
- Documentation to quality as MPDS guidelines to achieve first time write project implementation
- Saving CAPEX to organizational expenditure to achieve facility at optimum cost by doing comparison of technology and commercial suppliers by doing price calculation
- Time adherence to project
- Equipment specification, 3D Simulation, conveyors, torque control tools, filling equipment’s, resting equipment and Layout
- Skills Leadership, Team and people management
