Deputy Manager-PEVT
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Daily Analysis of Field Failures & Monitoring of the same Conduct Process Audit & ensure process is running as per Defined Plan
- Hands on experience with Li-Ion Battery Pack repair,
- Diagnosis of fault finding in Battery box,
- Fault analysis in field failure battery box
- Battery pack diagnosis with CAN and log reading for defect finding
- Log study and interpretation of signals
- Use of INKA, CANOE TI tool,
- INKA is added advantage
- Knowledge of Li-Ion cell (GNMC and LFP)
- Cell shorting and grouping
- Knowledge of Motor Diagnosis & Failure abalysis on Vehicle
EOL testing
Experience
5-6 YEARS
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
B.E -Electronics/ Electrical /Mechanical
