Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 
• Daily Work Management- Monitor the set targets on a day to day basis effectively by managing priorities.
• Monitor BWT’s performance w.r.t. PQCDSM and seek out better ways of improving BWT performance
• Ensure timely actions for internal/external customer concerns and sustenance of the same.
• Adherence to production schedule
• Adherence to training plan as per ILU matrix and improve/upgrade skill level
• Conduct various process audits and closure of NC’s
• Understand  MQW , MQS  & MAPS and demonstrate execution of their guidelines.
• Responsible for adhering to Quality Management systems, WSS, 5S, IPMS & QDMS
• Maintain QMS, prepare SOS, WSS documents & 5S standards.
• Identify scope for continual improvemet in WSS, JH & 5S along with maintaining safety at work.
• Maintain OLE records and restore minor stoppages & breakdowns quickly by ICA/PCA to minimize recurrence
• Shop Floor Management 
• Timely disposal of non confirming products & scrap

Experience

B.E – 5 to 10 years
Diploma – 5 to 12  years

B.E Mechanical /Production 
Diploma in Mechanical/Production

General Requirements

• Experience in Handling Production issues
• Knowledge about TPM process
• Basics of Pneumatics, plugging, wiring, part fitment , sealing and automotive vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of quality system ISO TS 9001:2008
• Knowledge of cargo/chassis, automation setting of new auto body part, Torque Integrity, 1D&3D geometry, Poka-Yoke 
• Usage of QC tools and techniques like MYB approach & 7 QC tools
• Vehicle parts knowledge
