Deputy Manager - TCF T Block
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure capacity availability and delivery as per CPPC plans (machinery & manpower)
- Drive zero customer quality issues through robust processes and controls
- Ensure safety of all personnel working in and for the shop
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including reduction in FOS
- Develop and upskill officers; motivate them to assume higher responsibilities
- Formulate strategy for optimum utilization TCF resources to achieve conversion cost targets
- Introduce new technologies and process improvements to meet business objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation, motivating teams to generate and implement new ideas
- Drive sector and plant-level initiatives for effective execution
- Lead and deliver innovation projects
