Manager Demand Planning
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution & SAP Material Management Along with exposure to Blue Yonder modules, with a proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Support
- Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
- Coordinate with SAP teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Manage supply network planning and allocation to maintain synchronization across operations.
- Timely Master maintenance in SAP & BY-OP
- All Sector Kit Planning in SAP / Auto MRP Run Validation
- SAP master data maintenance & validation
- SBU plant migration SPOC from planning side
- BY Data Maintenance related to OP & ensure alignment with D&F system (New plant or division or Order Type added / deleted)
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business process owners, procurement team, Warehouse operation, Sales, Customer experience and IT teams to align solutions with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and sales teams to address constraint management and improve efficiency.
Key Deliverables
- Successful deployment / stabilization and monitoring of supply chain solutions.
- Improved synchronization between Planning, supply chain, warehouse, and sales operations.
- Enhanced system compliance, performance, and stability.
Preferred Industries
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering / MBA
General Experience
8 - 12 years in demand planning andamp; inventory management
Critical Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Material Management (MM) module.
- Awareness and working knowledge of Blue Yonder – Order Promiser module will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of supply network management, planning, and allocation processes.
- Experience in system integration and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with MS Office – Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi
- Good oral and written communication skil
- Self-Driven
