Manager - Manufacturing TCF
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts for one or multiple manufacturing facilities
- Monitor overall operational performance with focus on production, cost, quality, safety, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, environmental requirements, and TPM activities
- Oversee operations to meet production schedules and performance targets with optimal use of system resources
- Lead workforce planning, capability development, and performance management for operations staff
- Manage, motivate, and develop the operations leadership and management team
- Collaborate with business, sales, and engineering stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and joint initiatives across multiple and distributed facilities
