Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Education: Relevant culinary qualification preferred.
