Job Title: Front Desk Executive Cum Tele Caller

Job Type: Full time role

Salary Range - ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month CTC

Location: 126/127, Third Floor, Sector 34A, Chandigarh, 160022

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our upGrad center. This role goes beyond basic reception—it’s about creating a high-quality first impression, managing walk-ins, and supporting the center’s growth through effective communication and tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Front Desk & Experience Management

  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents
  • Ensure a premium, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and offerings

2. Tele-Calling & Lead Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and inquiries
  • Follow up on walk-ins, digital leads, and existing prospects
  • Schedule counselling sessions and drive footfall to the center
  • Maintain call records and track conversion status

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Manage appointments, walk-in flow, and daily visitor logs
  • Support basic administrative and reporting tasks


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable with tele-calling and lead handling
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
