About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you won’t just be writing code; you will be contributing to the architecture of our web applications. You will work on both frontend interfaces and backend logic, gaining hands-on experience with production-grade deployments, security best practices, and database management.

If you have strong programming fundamentals and are ready to bridge the gap between "making it work" and "making it scalable," this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain web features from the database to the UI.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Backend & API Design: Create robust REST APIs, handle authentication, and implement secure business logic using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Database Management: Design schemas and perform CRUD operations (SQL or NoSQL) with a focus on data integrity.
• Code Quality & Debugging: Troubleshoot bugs, refactor legacy code, and participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability.
• Deployment & Ops: Assist with deployments and production debugging, learning cloud basics (AWS/Linux) along the way.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (Job, Internship, Freelance, or substantial personal projects).
• Core Fundamentals: Strong grasp of programming logic, data structures, and a debugging mindset.
• Frontend Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one UI framework.
• Backend Stack: Experience with a server-side framework (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or Laravel).
• Databases: Understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git for collaboration in a team environment.

Good to Have (Bonus Points)

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe code.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment (Linux, Nginx, Docker, AWS/Azure).
• Basic understanding of API security (Input validation, JWT/OAuth).
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or Postman).
