Position - "Patient Care Coordinator/ Counsellor"


Job Role:* Counsel patients, explain treatment plans, and address their queries with empathy and professionalism & database management.*

Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare teams

Requirements:*

Graduate (any discipline)

•2-3 years of experience in patient care, counselling, hospital/clinic operations, or customer service*

Excellent communication and coordination skills
